The Pottstown Regional Community Foundation (PRCF) is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our financial operations and help advance our mission of creating a healthier, more equitable, and thriving greater Pottstown region. This hybrid role involves assisting with accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, and audit preparation while maintaining accurate records and supporting pension plan administration. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and skilled in Microsoft 365, with payroll experience and a background in accounting or business. Salary: $55,000–$65,000, hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days onsite).
