Once a grant is awarded, your organization receives an official award notification and grant agreement outlining the approved project, funding terms, and reporting requirements.
Grantees are responsible for using funds as approved, acknowledging PRCF's support where required, and submitting progress and final reports according to their grant agreement.
If significant changes to the project, budget, or timeline become necessary, contact your assigned Program Officer before making those changes.
