Yes. Organizations without their own qualifying tax-exempt status may be eligible to apply through an established nonprofit serving as a fiscal sponsor.
The fiscal sponsor must meet PRCF's eligibility requirements and take responsibility for overseeing the grant's finances, administration, compliance, and reporting.
A written fiscal sponsorship agreement outlining these responsibilities is required.
