Pottstown Regional Community Foundation (PRCF) is led by experienced professionals and community leaders dedicated to improving the quality of life in western Montgomery, northern Chester, and eastern Berks Counties. Our staff and board work across education, health, and economic systems to ensure that every investment, partnership, and initiative leads to measurable and lasting impact.
David oversees all aspects of the Foundation’s mission, strategy, and regional partnerships. With expertise in economics, fundraising, and systems-level collaboration, he leads PRCF’s transition into a full-service community foundation. David is the Foundation’s chief spokesperson and convenes partners to align around shared goals that advance equity and community wellbeing.
Rose directs daily operations and provides executive-level support across board governance, HR, and communications. A foundational team member since PRCF’s inception in 2003, she ensures organizational continuity and compliance. Rose also manages internal workflows and supports content production, including PRCF newsletters and administrative communications.
Sheri helps donors create meaningful charitable legacies through customized fund development. She guides individuals, families, and businesses through every step of the giving process, including establishing donor advised funds, contributing to field of interest funds, and planning estate gifts. Sheri also supports fund stewardship and donor recognition across PRCF’s expanding fund catalog.
Sam leads PRCF’s digital communications and public engagement strategy. He manages website content, email campaigns, press releases, and social media to ensure brand consistency and reach. Sam collaborates across departments to tell stories of community impact and donor engagement, enhancing PRCF’s visibility across all platforms.
Mina directs PRCF’s financial management, including fund accounting, audits, and compliance. She oversees investment reporting and ensures financial transparency across all donor and grant portfolios. With experience in both nonprofit and private-sector finance, Mina brings rigor and accountability to all fiscal operations.
Myra advances education equity through policy outreach and strategic engagement with school leaders and legislators. A former superintendent and regional advocate, she champions fair public-school funding and stronger education systems. Myra also serves as a trusted advisor on PRCF’s K-12 grant strategies and legislative priorities.
Howard manages grants and partnerships related to K-12 education, family engagement, and community resilience. He works closely with school districts, nonprofit leaders, and community coalitions to ensure youth development and wellness are prioritized in local decision-making. He also leads PRCF’s economic opportunity initiatives, supporting projects that expand workforce access, community infrastructure, and equitable economic growth.
Craig leads grantmaking in recreation and the built environment while directing the Foundation’s approach to impact measurement. He partners with municipalities and nonprofits on trail, park, and community health projects, oversees PRCF’s use of evaluation tools to assess grant results, learning outcomes, and long-term regional trends, and manages the Foundation’s capacity building programs that strengthen nonprofit infrastructure and effectiveness.
Brendan manages the grant application process from intake to final reporting. He supports applicants, coordinates internal reviews, and ensures all reporting and compliance protocols are followed. Brendan also contributes to PRCF’s grant cycle communications and application guidance materials.
