We are in the process of transitioning from Pottstown Area Health & Wellness Foundation to Pottstown Regional Community Foundation (PRCF). Our new website is currently under construction and will go live by Tuesday July 8, 2025.
Thank you for your interest and we appreciate your patience as we complete this transition.
On July 4, 2025, the Pottstown Area Health & Wellness Foundation officially became the Pottstown Regional Community Foundation (PRCF). This change marks the next step in our continued transition from a private foundation to a public community foundation, expanding our mission to serve the full spectrum of health, education, and economic equity in the Greater Pottstown Region.
For more than 21 years, we have partnered with over 250 organizations across the nonprofit, education, business, municipal, and public service sectors. To date, we have awarded more than $57.6 million in grants that strengthen communities throughout western Montgomery, northern Chester, and eastern Berks Counties.
As a community foundation, PRCF connects charitable resources with local needs. We offer individuals, families, and businesses the opportunity to create or contribute to charitable funds that support what matters most. Whether focused on the arts, education, healthcare, environmental initiatives, or economic mobility, every gift is locally focused and professionally stewarded for long-term impact.
