The Pottstown Area Health & Wellness Foundation Board of Directors has established semi-annual grant cycles in the Spring and Fall. Below is a list of timelines for upcoming grant cycles.

Application and Report Due Dates for 2008-2009

Fall 2008 Grant Round - Application Due Dates:
Thursday, August 28th – (by 5:00 p.m.) - Due Date – Letters of Intent
Week of September 29th - Move Ahead & Turn Down letters mailed
Wednesday, October 15th - (by 5:00 p.m.) – Due Date - Final Grant Applications
Week of December 1st – Final Approval & Turn Down letters mailed

Spring 2009 Grant Round – Application Due Dates:
Thursday, February 26 (by 5:00 p.m.) – Due Date – Letters of Intent
Week of March 30th – Move Ahead & Turn Down letters mailed
Wednesday, April 15th (by 5:00 p.m.) – Due Date – Final Grant Applications
Week of June 1st – Final Approval & Turn Down letters mailed

Interim and Final Report Due Dates for 2008-2009

June 26, 2008

• Interim Progress Report due for Fall 2007 grant round recipients
• Final Progress Report due for Spring 2007 grant round recipients

Thursday, December 18, 2008

• Interim Progress Report due for Spring 2008 grant round recipients
