The Foundation is pleased to announce that our second Needs Assessment Report is now available!

Our original Community Health Assessment was completed in June 2004. At that time the Foundation shared the results of the health assessment and its subsequent community plan as a service to the tri-county region.

Now, five years later, we are pleased to share the results of our second needs assessment. This report will describe our communities’ current health outcomes and demographics and compare our community’s health to the findings of the previous needs assessment, completed in 2004, as well as to the nation as a whole.

This study has the most current and up-to-date information on the Pottstown area in terms of health status, behaviors and attitudes. It can be used as a reference or as a tool for anyone who has an interest in the Pottstown Area.
