The Pottstown Area Health & Wellness Foundation Board of Directors has established semi-annual grant cycles in the Spring and Fall. Below is a list of timelines for upcoming grant cycles.
Due to our efforts in going “paperless”, please note changes below related to submission of Letters of Intent, Grant Applications, and Reports.

Dates for 2010
All Letters of Intent and final Grant Applications should be e-mailed to GrantsApplication@pottstownfoundation.org
Spring 2010 Grant Round – Application Due Dates:
Thursday, February 25th (by 5:00 p.m.) – Due Date – Letter of Intent to be submitted via e-mail
Week of April 5th (revised date) – Move Ahead & Turn Down letters e-mailed
Wednesday, April 21st (revised date) - by 5:00 p.m. – Due Date – Final Grant Applications to be submitted via e-mail
Week of May 31st – Final Approval and Turn Down letters e-mailed
Fall 2010 Grant Round – Application Due Dates:
Thursday, August 26th (by 5:00 p.m.) – Due Date – letter of Intent to be submitted via e-mail
Week of October 4th - Move Ahead & Turn Down letters e-mailed
Wednesday, October
20th (by 5:00 p.m.) – Due Date – Final Grant Applications to be submitted via e-mail
Week of November 29th - Final Approval and Turn
Down letters e-mailed
